Once you are seated and have chosen your drink, we will first serve you a salad as an appetizer.The salad is made with fresh seasonal vegetables and roasted walnuts.Served with homemade lentils and refreshingly sour carrot rapée.Enjoy our vinaigrette sauce made from white wine vinegar, French mustard and vegetable stock.

For the main course, we serve Hokkaido Shihoro beef steak on a hot plate.A special red wine sauce made by simmering fried shallots in beef bone broth and red wine, or an onion sauce made by sauteing onions from Awaji Island until caramelized and concentrating their sweetness (with Hatcho miso as a secret ingredient).) Enjoy with your favorite sauce.

When you order your steak, we will provide you with walnut bread and a Levain wheat baguette.First, enjoy the savory aroma of wheat as is, and then from the second bite onwards, add the steak sauce and enjoy.
